Thi s paper chose Fujian province GDP as the representati ve of macroeconomic indicators, selected years 1988 - 2008 data, made use of the methods such as cointegration, Granger causality tests and establishing error correction model and at last obtained the conc lusion that the effects of ODI on the GDP.
