This paper is to study the mechanism for negotiatio n after bidding between purchasing agent and suppli er for pharmaceutical equipments in China. The paper suppo ses that after tender the purchasing agent selected a supplier to negotiate the contract according to the price an d technical score, and analyzes the sequential game s by two parts under a variety of information in symmetry and asym metry conditions.
