Pyrrole are one of the heterocyclic compounds with very important biological activites. In this view, it was proposed to synthesize some novel Pyrrole-2-Ones derivatives from schiff bases. Here the synthesis of some pyra zole and sulphonamides using Maleic anhydride and schiff ba se under basic condition in presence of chloroform. The structures of synthesized were assigned on the basi s of elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy data. These compounds were screened for their anti-bacter ial activity.
