A Simple, accurate and precise Spectrophotometric m ethod have been developed for estimation of Rosuvastatin Calcium and Telmisartan by absorpti on factor method. Rosuvastatin calcium & Telmisartan exhibits λ max at 244 nm and 296 nm respectively. Quantitative estimation of Rosuvastatin Calcium was carried out by subtracti ng the absorption due to Telmisartan at 244 nm using experimentally calculated absorptio n factor. Beer's law was obeyed for Rosuvastatin Calcium and Telmisartan 2-7 μ g/ml and 4-14 μ g/ml respectively.The method was validated using ICH Guidelines.
