Knowledge management is concerned with the acquisition, processing and maintenance of knowledge in an organization. As the foundation of the semantic web Ontology provides the technical support for knowledge management. Construction of teaching resources is to solve the city domain dispersed education resources, education information resources construction equipment idle, low efficiency and low level repetition problems. The paper presents research on development and sharing mechanism of teaching resources based on ontology knowledge management.
