The paper firstly proposes multi-level grey evaluat ion theoretical model, and uses the model English m ultimedia teaching system evaluation as an example to illustr ate so as to establish multi-level comprehensive ev aluation model, finally makes quantization of its comprehensive eva luation results, gets that English multimedia teach ing system’s three weak links and the whole system belong to gen eral range, proves that government needs to be furt her perfected and developed in the aspect, and meanwhile it also proves the model’s validness.
