Hydrophilic Interaction Liquid Chromatography with UV Detection (HILIC-UV) is a powerful analytical technique used for the quantitative determination of pharmaceutical compounds, including the essential amino acid lysine and chloride counter ions in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs).
