From analyzing the application process and function setting of the collecting and editing system for sci-tech periodicals, the problems in practical applications were proposed, and the solutions for the problems were advanced. These suggestions were provided for functions improvement in the collecting and editing system, to make the functions and processes of the collecting and editing system more convenient, reasonable, scientifical.
